Shipping Information
WE NO LONGER SHIP INTERNATIONALLY. ORDERS FROM OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES & US TERRITORIES WILL NOT BE PROCESSED. REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.
For online orders, standard shipping charges will be added to the total bill before shipment. For mail orders, please add appropriate amount to the payment in your check or money order. Standard shipping charges are as follows:
MERCHANDISE SHIPPING TOTAL CHARGES
$0.01 - $9.99 = $5.00
$10.00 - $49.99 = $7.00
$50.00 - $99.99 = $10.00
$100.00 - $199.99 = $15.00
$200.00 - Up = $22.00
Please make sure that your name and address are printed clearly and legibly on the order form to insure prompt delivery. Legacy Enterprises and affiliates assume no responsibility for items delivered to an incorrect address through the fault of the buyer.
Your order will be processed and shipped usually within 2-4 business days after recieving the order and proper payment. Orders paid for with personal checks may take longer to process.
The majority of our orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with a 2-3 day delivery time. However, UPS is used on occasion. In most cases, there must be a person available to sign for the orders delivered via UPS. Contact your local UPS branch for more info.
Please allow 10-15 business days for receipt of your order. If it has been longer than 15 business days and your order has still not arrived, please contact us concerning the delay. You may contact us at anytine requesting information about your order.
For large orders, items may be shipped in seperate containers.
In some cases, items may ship directly from the manufacturer rather than from our business address.

Disclaimers
Please read all information carefully before ordering.
1) All weapons and self defense tools sold are for demonstration or decorative purposes only. If used in any activity, expert care and supervision should be exercised.
2) A physician should be consulted before beginning any type of exercise or sports program to insure that you are of good health.
3) Striking any object or person may cause injury to oneself or others. For safety reasons, do not strike any object or person without proper training, supervision, and protection.
4) Active use of any type of sporting or martial arts equipment subjects the user to a certain degree of risk. Use of heavy bags are for trained athletes only and the user must assume all risks of injury. In order to help avoid injury be sure to use good handwraps and proper fitting bag gloves. Always make certain the equipment is properly fastened before each usage.
5) Wearing a mouthguard is recommended when sparring or using this or any other sports/martial arts equipment, especially where physical contact is involved.
6) Boxing, Kickboxing, Grappling/Wrestling, and Martial Arts are contact sports. Users of this equipment are subject to varying degrees of personal injury. These products are made to have a degree of protection but are not warranted to protect the user from any injury. Wearing a mouthguard is always recommended when participating in any athletic activity, especially where physical contact is involved.
7) Legacy Enterprises and affiliates are not responsible for any injury or any other physical/mental impairment caused by the use of the equipment sold here. It is the responsibility of the user to use proper protection and safeguard themselves at all times. By purchasing a product, the buyer represents that all disclaimers are understood, aggreeable to them, and that Legacy Enterprises and affilates thereof will not be held responsible for any intentional or unintentional misuse of these products or any injury caused by these products.
8) It is the responsibility of the buyer to ascertain and obey all applicable laws in regards to the possession and use of these products. Absolutely no sales to minors. By placing an order, the buyer represents that all products purchased will be used in a lawful manner and the he/she is of legal age to possess these products in regards to the law.
9) Products may or may not come with a manfacturer's warranty. Some warranties may be limited. Legacy Enterprises and affiliates assume no responsibility for defects or injuries caused by defects through the fault of the manufacturer or buyer.
10) Returns/Exchanges are subject to a restocking fee & are good for unopened items only.
11) We cannot accept exchanges on laundered or worn items.
12) All shipping costs incurred during Returns/Exchanges are the responsibility of the buyer and will not be covered by Legacy Enterprises.
